Job Title Marketing Communications Manager
Job Description
  • Supervise and develops company's marketing and communication strategy and responsible for the design and distribution of the brand
  • Develop strategies to increase customer's engagement
  • Helps creating marketing plan to attract customers and work with others, including content creators, copywriters and PR officers, to ensure that company's publications, advertisements and digital content reach the target audience
  • Create awareness, enable better understanding and promote interest to target audience on our product and services
  • Emphasise products and service benefits to increase sales through effective marketing campaign
  • Conduct market research to help company increase its sales by finding out target audience to buy our product and services
  • Manage marketing budget for different aspects, including advertising and marketing campaigns to help decide which advertising outlet, social media platform or publications provide better value for money and which marketing materials to invest for greater return on investment
  • Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing marketing strategies with our respective Technology Partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Typically requires 5 years and above of experience in related field
  • 1 to 3 years supervisory role may be required
  • Extensive knowledge of function and department process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia
