Job Title	Technical Project Manager (TH)
Job Description	Analyzes the business and technical compatibility of systems Provides specialized IT and Web services in the management, coordination, scheduling and delivery of large and/or complex technology-based specialized IT project(s) driving projects through various stages of the project lifecycle including project initiation, planning, execution and closure Defines and maintains project scope Demonstrates techniques, equipment or procedures to others Provides a variety of project management and consulting services in such areas as data analysis, reporting and research including evaluation of software tools, new technologies and process requirements Develops and administers project budget Think globally and cross-functionally in order to identify project dependencies and their impact, raise the dependency issues with the project sponsor and co-create solutions Manage projects through entire project lifecycle (inception, design The Technical PM will manage Engineering Vendor Team resourcing and Team Size ensuring they are optimized to support Internal Program Delivery The Technical PM may be asked to maintain and update a list of outstanding decisions and unresolved issues Qualifications for Technical Project Manager Estimate the total scope, effort, and cost for the project Identify and analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities
