Job Title Project Manager
Job Description
·       Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
·       Managing any reliability issues & troubleshooting technical issues
·       Tracking service metrics & SLAs
·       Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities
·       Helping lead the professionals responsible for getting services delivered to clients.
·       Assisting with contract renewal.
·       Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
·       Conducting risk assessments for projects
·       Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
·       Maintaining good relationships with clients and improving the company's services to keep them satisfied
·       Support in any requirement of Company's needs from time to time
Requirements
  • At least 8 – 12 Year(s) of experience in managing enterprise projects with project value > RM10mil.
  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
  • Required Skill(s): 
    • Preferably Manager with additional technical qualifications / certification such as, CompTIA, Microsoft, Agile, etc 
    • Preferably Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. 
    • Preferably Manager with mainframe knowledge & exposure 
  • Candidate will act as part of Management for this job position
