Job Title Business Manager
Job Description
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that support the company's business goals, including product launches, lead generation campaigns, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base. This may involve researching potential clients, analyzing market trends, and developing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals and develop new business. This may include managing sales teams, building sales pipelines, and closing deals with customers.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business. This may include developing customer loyalty programs, monitoring customer feedback, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with other companies or organizations that can help expand the company's reach and capabilities.
  • Analyze data related to sales, marketing, and business development initiatives and report on key performance indicators to management. This may include tracking revenue, market share, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Manage budgets related to marketing, sales, and business development initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in IT/e-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading product sales, developing business strategy and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
  • Self-initiative and proactive.
