Job Title Account Manager – Industry Sales (MY)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to clients’ need 
  • Build long-term relationships with customers by maintaining strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customer and acquire new customers to meet the assigned sales quota
  • Build strategic business plan to expand company’s client base and ensure its strong presence
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new technology and competition landscape
  • Able to communicate and prospect company’s solution offerings to clients
  • Collaborate with technical team to drive solution proposal and ensure the solution meets customer’s requirement and expectation
  • Ensure timely reporting and accuracy of forecast
  • Participating in tender and other bids activities
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales experience, focusing on either one of the following areas:
    • Application Related Solution
    • Infrastructure/Network Solution/Virtualization/Managed Services
    • IT Security Management Solution
  • Experience in direct enterprise accounts 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Independent, proactive, attentive, and goal-oriented
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
