Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot issues related to servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist with OS installation and configuration (Windows/macOS).
- Provide guidance on software usage and basic IT policies.
- Perform routine checks on hardware and software.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Work closely with senior engineers and IT teams on projects.
- Participate in deployments and migrations as needed.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
