Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Account Management
- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and pain points to proactively offer tailored solutions
- Create and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue, expand product adoption, and increase client loyalty
B. Client Relationship Development
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
C. Revenue Growth & Retention
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within key accounts to exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success & Technical) to deliver exceptional value to clients
D. Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
- Report on account performance, forecasts, and risk assessments
Requirement
- At least Diploma in related field with 3 years and above of working experience
- Prior experience in business development or corporate engagement in IT solution is an advantage
- Passionate individual with a sales mindset and a desire to earn uncapped commission
- Good communication and networking skills
- Self-driven, accountable, collaborative, and eager to learn new things
