Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Account Management
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and pain points to proactively offer tailored solutions
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to grow revenue, expand product adoption, and increase client loyalty
B. Client Relationship Development
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance updates with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction
C. Revenue Growth & Retention
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within key accounts to exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success & Technical) to deliver exceptional value to clients
D. Data & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Report on account performance, forecasts, and risk assessments
Requirement
  • At least Diploma in related field with 3 years and above of working experience 
  • Prior experience in business development or corporate engagement in IT solution is an advantage
  • Passionate individual with a sales mindset and a desire to earn uncapped commission 
  • Good communication and networking skills
  • Self-driven, accountable, collaborative, and eager to learn new things
