Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships 
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, acquire new customers, and managing client expectations
  • Develop cost and pricing quotations and proposals that accurately reflect the value of the solutions and meet client needs
  • Work with solution and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Tracking key metrics, preparing weekly sales reports, and communicating progress to senior leaders within the organization
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree concentration in IT or Business is preferred
  • Have more than 10 years of IT sales experience serving Financial Services industry, especially in Software and Solution selling
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
