(MY) Senior Account Manager - Industry Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, acquire new customers, and managing client expectations
- Develop cost and pricing quotations and proposals that accurately reflect the value of the solutions and meet client needs
- Work with solution and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Tracking key metrics, preparing weekly sales reports, and communicating progress to senior leaders within the organization
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree concentration in IT or Business is preferred
- Have more than 10 years of IT sales experience serving Financial Services industry, especially in Software and Solution selling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
