Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project timelines, budget estimates, and prepare status reports.
- Address reliability issues and troubleshoot technical challenges effectively.
- Monitor service performance metrics and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate project team members, create schedules, and assign responsibilities.
- Lead and mentor professionals responsible for delivering services to clients.
- Support contract renewals and maintain related documentation.
- Define project objectives and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Organize and facilitate meetings to review project goals, progress, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
- Provide support for any company requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.
- Malaysian citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are proffered.
- Additional technical certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDFOM) are preferred.
- Proven experience managing IT/software projects, including disaster recovery scope.
- Knowledge and exposure to mainframe systems is an advantage.
- Ability to operate as part of the management team.
